Call the 2-1-1 HELP-LINE, run by the Mental Health Association in North Dakota. This toll free number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You'll talk to a crisis management specialist who can identify what services and providers will best suit your individual needs. We can also assist you in contacting those providers if you wish. We have resources available that will provide you with more information, and will send you the materials you need in a plain, unmarked envelope. Whether you need help for yourself or for someone you care about, this could be the most important call you ever make. Get started on your path to taking control of your life again.
